The pool is surrounded by terrace with sun-loungers and parasols. There is plenty of space around the pool and in the garden for sunshine or shade. Lighting throughout the pool and BBQ area makes a delightful evening venue.

     Location

The villa is located above the coast. Perfectly placed for train and motorway connections for exploring the whole coastline. It is 20 minutes to Monaco and 30 minutes to Italy. Less than 10 minutes to the three bays of Villefranche, Beaulieu sur Mer and Cap Ferrat. The coastal train can be picked up in Villefranche which will take you East to Italy or West to St. Tropez. It is also ideally placed for The Monaco Grand Prix, Cannes Film Festival, APT Tennis Tournament and the Monaco Boat Show.

A popular restaurant is a short walk away and a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant/bar, bank, and patisserie, a short drive.
